Digital Deets is a team of people and a suite of tools that helps fundraising organizations reach their sponsorship goals. As former educators, volunteers, and parents we understand the work and time it takes to run successful fundraisers and believe businesses want to support all groups. We utilize a combination of software and people to maximize your sponsorship dollars.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN WE RAISE WITH SPONSORSHIPS?
That depends on your sponsorship goal. We work together to hit your number. We will build a custom sponsorship package with three price points. The sponsorship options will be digital with no upfront costs for you. Then we add people and software to make it all happen. Think of us as your sponsorship virtual assistants.
Review your custom starter sponsorship package for social media. Then let us know to proceed. We will start reaching out to sponsors on your behalf. Each week when we send your Motivate Moment image reshare it on your favorite digital communication channels. Once we get a sponsor or two, we will reconnect to create your other two options in your sponsorship package.
HOW MANY SPONSORS CAN WE HAVE?
We always have one option that is not limited by number, to ensure we are maximizing your sponsorship dollars. Other options may be limited to create a sense of scarcity. If we have many potential sponsors interested in a limited sponsorship option, we will increase the price.
WHO PROVIDES CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR THE BUSINESSES?
We will handle all of the customer support for your sponsors. All technical, billing, and feedback requests will be taken care of by us.
Sponsorship money is sent to you via electronic check or direct deposit approximately 2 weeks after the sponsorship is purchased.
CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE CONTENT AND LAYOUT OF IMAGES AND EMAILS?
We create and customize images and email templates for all of our fundraising organizations. This ensures continuity for our sponsors and Champions sell the same thing for everyone. If you have feedback on ways to make our designs better, please let us know!
We sell sponsorships all summer long for you. We ask that you do your best to reshare content on your social media channels.
IS THERE A CONTRACT WE NEED TO SIGN?
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are on our website. When you log in to our app to add your payee information, you will create an account and accept the terms. If necessary, we can customize our Supplemental Terms to fit your specific requests. There is no old-school contract to sign. (Did we mention we love digital formats? )
ARE YOU AN APPROVED VENDOR IN MY DISTRICT?
We are happy to work through the process of becoming an approved vendor if your district has this requirement for your fundraising solutions. However, we ask that you lead the process.
WHAT IF WE ARE TOO BUSY TO TAKE THIS ON?
When you partner with Digital Deets to maximize your sponsorship dollars, we will decrease the work and time spent on the fundraiser. We use technology to reduce mundane tasks and add people to reach out to sponsors. There is almost no work to get started! We’ll create a motivational image for your organization and send it to you to reshare in your digital communication channels. Sponsors are included in the image and are added to your digital Community Catalog. That’s it.
We make money in one of two ways we take a percentage of the revenue from the sponsorships we procure for you, or fundraising organizations pay an annual subscription to use the platform but they procure all sponsors on their own. Percentages vary based on whether the sponsor is a first-year sponsor or a renewing sponsor. It costs more money to procure the sponsor in the first year because we have to pay the individuals selling the packages. We take only 10% when the sponsorship renews.
